- We accept returns and refunds only if the fish food packet is still in sealed condition.
- However, if you open the packet and find that the fish food is of substandard quality, you can send the packet back to us. We will examine the same and complete a refund within 7 days of us receiving the packets (if we find the product is sub standard)
- All refunds and return must happen within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- If items in the package have been damaged in transit, the shipping company shall be first brought to notice, as we, the sender, insure the consignments to actual value. In case the shipping company is not able to sort out the issue, please get in touch with us.
- If you have paid for the order and it is out of stock, be rest assured that we will refund your order within 7 working days.
- All refunds will be done through NEFT
